Do you have a management or leadership role in the University or are about to move into such a role?
We aim to support you to be successful by offering appropriate management and leadership development whether you are a new to the role or a senior manager with considerable experience.

- A range of longer programmes for managers and leaders at different levels
- Online learning materials to use independently or in conjunction with a course
- For senior managers, one-to-one consultations or coaching sessions and opportunities to join an action learning set
- Bespoke management development events for management teams and groups, particularly to support organisational change and development
