Development for Staff - Employee Development eLearning Portal

A range of development materials and courses can be accessed via the Employee Development eLearning Portal.

Note:

  • You must use Internet Explorer as your browser
  • The portal is not compatible with a MAC
  • Some of the content requires sound. If you require headphones please contact HR-HRDEnquiries@salford.ac.uk

If you are on campus:

  1. Double click on the Employee eLearning Portal icon on your desktop (see image below)

  2. Log in using the following:

    Username: your network username e.g. ABC123
    Password: salford2010

NOTE: if the icon is not visible on you desktop you can activate it through the Application Explorer:

application explorer (icon on your desktop) > salford > salford applications > programmes requiring installation > double click on the employee elearning portal icon. This will load the icon onto your desktop. You should now be able to access the eLearning via this icon without any problems.

If you are off campus:

  1. Using Internet Explorer as your browser go to www.atlantic-training.com/salford/
  2. We advise you to click on the ‘Check Compatibility’ button to ensure that your PC has the correct software installed - if something additional is needed you will be given the option to download it.
  3. Log in using the following:

    Username: your network username e.g. ABC123
    Password: salford2010
