What is the Harmonisation Project?
Salford University has made good progress at harmonising terms and conditions of employment at the same grade level within employee groups and has a comprehensive range of people policies which already apply to all employees.
This project recognises a number of concerns about residual inconsistencies within terms and conditions of employment and will focus on identifying priorities for change particularly those differences at the same grade level within employee groupings.
