The HR Development Team can work with you to specify, plan and deliver customised solutions to training and development. For example, we can:

Identify learning and development goals
Discuss strategies for goal achievement
Provide advice on managing change
Design and deliver appropriate learning and development activities
Commission activities by other internal or external providers
Provide financial support for in-house events
Design and implement evaluation frameworks to identify outcomes achieved
