The Team Management Wheel (example below) lies at the heart of the Margerison-McCann approach to maximising personal potential, building balanced, high performing teams and creating energy and resilience for success.

A personal profile is compiled from your responses to a questionnaire about your approach to situations at work. The Profile displays your major and related roles on the Margerison-McCann Team Management Wheel and shows the range and strength of your work preferences. The profile also provides a language to explore differences in work preferences with your colleagues.

This tool is especially useful for new teams to aid them form and work productively together but also has value for existing teams who want an opportunity to enhance successful working.
