Leadership Programme

Following our commitment to invest in the development of the University’s leaders and managers, the Leadership and Management programme was launched in 2010. Aimed at our senior colleagues, we embarked on a series of diagnostics including a 360 feedback process. This feedback process has allowed us to idenitify areas of strength and areas for development and is now being supported with individual coaching and group action learning sets.

We are currently considering how we can further enhance this personal leadership journey for our leadership community and we will provide updates accordingly.

ILM Programme

The ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Management is a qualification suitable for all practising and aspiring managers looking to develop their management skills. The programme at Salford has been developed to include managing change, developing the team and people management as well as other key topics relevant for Salford staff.
