Support For Your Learning

Learning at work is a partnership process between yourself, the organisation, your line manager and your colleagues. To make the most of the opportunities available to you at work, support is provided in a number of ways. This may be through informal mechanisms such as networks, on-the-job training provided through colleagues, observing and reflecting on practice across the University community or more formally through participation in workshops, briefings and accredited programmes.
