Job Evaluation - Appeals
Where the school or division or the role holder is dissatisfied with the outcome of a regrading application, there will be the opportunity to contest the decision at an appeals panel hearing.
Staff will be given 10 working days from the date on the regrading outcome letter to submit the Hera Appeal Form HA4.
All successful appeals will be backdated to the first day of the month following the date on which the Regrade Application Form was submitted to the HR Business Team.
